Directions
1. Mix
Dissolve one packet of Bites Agar Agar Powder and 250gm of Fine sugar together and mix well.
2. Boil
Pour the mixture into 1 litre of cool water. Stir and bring to boil over low heat until mixture is dissolved. Optional: Add in colouring or flavouring of your choice.
3. Pour
Put cut pieces of fruits into moulds and pour the solution into the moulds.
4. Chill
Put moulds into the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve chilled.
